REFUND POLICY
Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the Real Estate Money Club Monthly Subscription within the cancellation period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of initial purchase is concluded for a full refund. This means we are only able to refund within 14 days of your initial signup and payment.

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the Real Estate Money Club Monthly Subscription within the cancellation period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of initial purchase is concluded for a full refund. This means we are only able to refund within 14 days of your initial signup and payment.
Items ineligible for a refund include:
Gold/Full Access Upgrade
One-on-One Coaching (6 and 12 months)
Flip Houses Like Your Hairs On Fire DVD Set
Live Events (this item is transferable within 48 hours prior to event date)
Note that if you purchase the Full Access Upgrade at any time, including during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to deliver all course materials immediately and you acknowledge that you may cancel your Real Estate Money Club monthly subscription but refunds are not issued for the purchase of the Full Access Upgrade.
Upon cancellation of Real Estate Money Club monthly subscriptions, you will no longer receive access to course content (unless you have purchased the Gold Access Upgrade), live calls with Mark Whitten after your final billing period.
If you have purchased a ticket to a live event or seminar and are unable to attend, you may transfer this ticket to another person within 48 hours prior to the event date. Participants must present proof of ticket, name of original purchaser and valid government photo ID at the time of attendance.
Before you purchase a product from us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is right for you. Our website displays relevant information on all products. The detailed information displayed are designed to reduce the risk of you making the wrong choice. Read the course description and product information. Review the course trailers (where available) to ensure the course is right for you. The Real Estate Money Club and Full Access Upgrade are delivered entirely online, please make sure that you are comfortable with the depth and style of the course.

Do note that some events are offered through a third party (ie. seminars, live events). Furthermore please note that usually Real Estate Money Club can support any course access or user issues, however in the rare instances, we may need to contact our third party partners on your behalf and this may take up to 7 to 10 workings days to gain a solution.
You should be aware that a deposit is a part-payment for the service (coaching in our case). When you pay a deposit it shows that you intend to buy a product and wish to enter into a contract with us. Please remember that deposits are non-refundable in nature unless statutory rights are applicable whereby we are satisfied that it meets all the necessary requirements for it.
How to Request a Refund
In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in following way:
By completing the Cancellation Form under your subscription information on the My Accounts page OR by emailing support directly at remcbba@gmail.com to notify us of your decision to cancel.
If a course is purchased and a request to cancel is received in writing within the 14 days period then this will be fully granted. In the event of a refund, please give 10 business days for processing of funds to return to your account. Once the cancellation period has expired, we cannot grant a refund.
If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
Customers will be notified of the outcome of their refund request within 10 working days.
Refunds
Once we receive your request, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled your purchase for the Real Estate Money Club within the cancellation period, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. If you cancel your purchase after the cancellation period, you will not be charged for the following month but will not receive a refund. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Refund status
